PPL BRINGS FREE MEDICAL EXAMINATION PROGRAM TO THANH QUOI COMMUNE, VINH LONG PROVINCE

On July 15, 2023, PPL Trading and Logistics Co., Ltd. (PPL) in collaboration with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, organized a free medical examination and medication distribution program for households eligible for social policies, individuals with contributions, and households facing difficulties in Thanh Quoi commune, Thanh Quoi district, Vinh Long province.

The program was held to commemorate the Heroic Martyrs and Invalids' Day on July 27 and was attended by local officials from Thanh Quoi commune, a team of experienced doctors from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, and PPL representatives as the main sponsor.

Mr. Do Hoang Phuong, the Chairman cum CEO of PPL, highly appreciated the significance of the program and expressed gratitude to the officials of Thanh Quoi commune and the organizing unit from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, for their collaboration with PPL to implement this meaningful program.

At the event, a large number of people, nearly 300 households eligible for social policies, individuals with contributions, and disadvantaged households in Thanh Quoi commune, Thanh Quoi district, Vinh Long province, actively participated in the program to receive free medical examinations and medication.



This meaningful activity aimed to provide practical benefits to the community. Through the program, PPL, as the main sponsor, donated various medical equipment to support the initial healthcare services at the Thanh Quoi commune healthcare station, with a total value of over 140 million Vietnamese dong allocated for medical examinations, medications, and medical equipment.

The program has contributed to bringing positive values to the community, and PPL is committed to further strengthening its determination and demonstrating its social responsibility as a leading logistics enterprise in Vietnam.
